The Obergine delivery process is structured as follows:

  1. Scoping. A Statement of Work that clearly outlines expectations and deliverables between us and our customers
  2. User experience planning. We analyse the target audience to understand user characteristics and needs; mapping out key user journeys and agreeing success criteria and metrics
  3. Specification. This involves defining functional and any technical requirements for the solution
  4. Visual design and copy writing. Once the Creative Brief is signed-off, we initiate the creative design and copy writing exercises
  5. Development. This phase combines all creative and technical elements into the proposed deliverables
  6. Quality Assurance. We undertake rigorous functional and usability testing to ensure that the solution is fit-for-purpose
  7. Evaluation. Post-launch, we monitor and analyse performance to identify further areas of improvement
