We are looking for a talented graduate / junior digital art worker to join a growing web design and digital marketing agency.
The right candidate will be a team player who can demonstrate creative flare and attention detail whilst being goal focused.
You will work within a small team of developers and designers, creating beautiful and sophisticated bespoke websites and effective online marketing initiatives for brands that include Rotary Watches, Unipart and 3.
You are passionate about digital design and already have:
- A commitment to design excellence
- An online portfolio of digital work including websites (emails and banners would be advantageous)
- Excellent Photoshop skills
- A sound competence in Flash (Actionscript 3 is advantageous)
- Knowledge of usability, search engine optimisation and accessibility challenges

We're looking for an individual who's a self-starting problem solver to join
our team. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of projects and have the
opportunity to work in varied roles on different projects.
Key skills required (minimum 2 years experience):
- .Net Framework 3.x
- ASP.NET (C#)
- SQL Server 2005
- XHTML/CSS/DOM Scripting
- Flash development and Actionscript 3 skills advantageous
You will also have good knowledge of accessibility guidelines and browser
issues, usability and SEO and be keen to learn more.
